OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Mr. Hor Weng Yew
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hor Weng Yew has more than 30 years of experience in the maritime industry, holding several senior management positions. Prior to joining KSL, he was the Chief Executive Officer of American Eagle Tankers (AET). Weng Yew was involved in the pioneer team of the establishment of AET when he was in Neptune Orient Lines Singapore and played an instrumental role in driving the growth of the company into a renowned international tanker shipping company under his stewardship.
Captain Chubasco Monteiro
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Capt. Chubasco Monteiro has over 28 years of experience in shipping, spanning across operations, commercial and management, centred around the bulk, breakbulk, and project sectors. He first began his maritime career at sea as a cadet with Mobil before coming ashore to join PCL after attaining command. He has held several managerial positions such as an Operational Manager, General Manager of PACC Line before progressing to senior management positions.
Rohit Radhakrishnan
General Manager, Tanker & Gas
Mr. Rohit has a wealth of experience in the Tanker & Gas sector and was with the BW Group for over 13 years. Prior to PCL, he held the role of Senior Manager, Commercial at BW LPG where he was the Head of Chartering in Singapore, responsible for commercial strategy & execution, new customer development and commercial performance monitoring.
