My job requires dealing with different voyage accounts which may be somewhat similar, but yet at the same time different because there are always new events that might change the voyage schedule. The industry itself is also constantly changing and evolving to adapt to changing trade patterns, economic & political climates, and environmental regulations. This drives me to achieve my greatest potential and keeps this job interesting.

It was a great honour to be part of PCL. This scholarship has provided me with great opportunities and challenges. It has made me step out of my comfort zone and motivated me to strive for better academic results. I had seized every change to learn, and it has helped me to become a more confident, professional and knowledgeable individual.

As a management trainee with PCL, I’m grateful for the overseas and work opportunities provided to develop my commercial and business acumen. My role has evolved and grown, and the learning experiences have given me the knowledge to solve ever more demanding business challenges in today’s fast-paced environment. I am working with a great team that is dynamic, resolute and capable of taking on the problems of the future.
