PCL is a member of the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) and demonstrates strict compliance with international and domestic regulations in the regions we operate. We are committed to promoting a culture that values trust, cooperation, and mutual respect. Our corporate governance standards are based on our corporate values and ethical guidelines. Besides established whistleblowing and anti-corruption policies, we also have a Sanctions Compliance policy which states our commitment to conduct business with integrity, fairness, impartiality, and in an ethical and proper manner.

We aim to hire and retain highly skilled, experienced, and committed crew to maintain our fleet standards through:
Implementing talent development programs, employee engagement activities and talent management practices which include developing a Crew Welfare & Family Engagement strategy, utilising the whistleblower platform, conducting vetting inspection / roving superintendents, providing ship-to-shore transfers, organising crew training & seminars, implementing exit interview processes, and arranging office visits for the Vessel Senior Management Team (SMT) to meet the SMT ashore.
