Today, more than 220 colleagues joined us on the first day of our three-day sea staff seminar. The much-anticipated event started with a mini-series of interactive team-building activities as an icebreaker. Throughout the day, key presenters and expert speakers shared perceptive industry updates and trends, best practices, and inspiring success stories providing practical knowledge that can be applied in our respective professional spheres.

PCL CEO, Mr. Hor Weng Yew, and POSH CEO Mr. Low Soon Teck were also present, and their rousing speeches garnered warm applause and cheers from the audience. When the day that was humming with activities comes to a close, that’s where the magic happens. The team will adjourn to a delightful dinner where hellos are exchanged among colleagues who usually engage in virtual communication, meaningful conversations begin to flow, and glasses are filled.
